LET’S JOIN THE « GRAND SOUPEAU » DOMAIN IN THE SOLOGNE LAND !
The “Grand Soupeau” domain is located in Sologne Land at 1h30, by
car, from Paris (Way out Lamotte-Beuvron at 10 mns of the typical Park
Center, close to the main famous “Chateau de la Loire”)
The “ Grand Soupeau” domain is an idyllic place: a peacefullness park
surrounding a “solognote” typical farm where you will find
for staying some days, several completly equiped bedrooms. Each
bedroom communicate with a common and very convivial dining room with a
cooking place. A big central chimney allows the resident to have very
pleasant and relaxing evenig time.
In function of the season, multiples activities are available:

The domain owner, a fishing expert, propose fishing parties in a 1.5 ha
pond: fishing rods and related equipments are available on the spot.

During the hunting time, shooting parties are organised.

Every day, free footing and cycling (VTT) are always possible.

For people fond of riding, a paddock is available for the horses and a
kennel for the dogs....
The visitors will choose between five habitations:
- Tournesol, a double
bedroom, bathroom and toilets.
- Lilas, a large double
bedroom, bathroom and toilets.
- Rose, a very large double
bedroom, bathroom and toilets.
- Pivoine, a suite with a
double bedroom, a sittingroom, bathroom and toilets.
- Eglantine, a familial
bedroom with a two persons bed and three one person beds, bathroom and
toilets.
The breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace if the
weather allows.
Multiple comfort services are availables by renting equipments related to
the organized activities and other needs related to the stay, like
additionnal beds..

FISHING PARTY
The “GRAND SOUPEAU”
fishing place is located in
NEUNG sur BEUVRON, along the D 922 road, between FERTE BEAUHARNAIS and
CHAUMONT sur THARONNE, 10mns from the Center PARC and 10 mns from the
LAMOTTE BEUVRON way out of the PARIS motor way.
The fishing pond is one hectare and a half in area size and one meter and
a half in depth, stocking carps that can reach more than five kilos in
weight.
The owner is a fishing expert and a well known organizer of fishing
parties: Amateurs or very experienced fisher men, you are welcomed and
invited to discover and enjoythe place: fishing the carps with a 11.5
meter long rod, a 18/100 nylon yarn, a N° 12 hook specially assembled..
Following the very exciting fighting time, you will have the satisfaction
to measure size and weigth of th the best capture, to take a memorable
photography.., before to set the carp free again: its first sport!
PRACTICAL ORGANIZATION
The reservation is taken directly on site for one day or half a day.
The resevation is payed in advance, non reimbursable. That involve the
client to apply all the fishing and site rules.
Note that some equipments and baits can be found on the spot.

Note that the client is invited to leave a cheque in guaranty of the

SITE
RULES (and recommendations)
The Direction of the “ GRAND SOUPEAU” domain welcome the visitors and
the residents : let be sure that all will be done for their comfort and
enjoyment !..
For security and conviviality reasons, some common rules must be apply:

The visitors must leave their vehicles at the parking. Without the
Direction authorization, the circulation is forbidden in the domain..

Picnic is authorized for the clients. They are invited to keep their
picnic area clean and to strictly respect the surrounding vegetation. They
are also invited to participate to the quiet and peacefull ambience of the
site.

The chidren are under yhe authority of their parents or their
accompagnists and will be considered first responsibles for any kind of
degratation.

The dogs have to be kept on a lead...
Note that the Direction keep the rights to refuse
clients and visitors without any justification.
FISHING SPECIFIC RULES
The basic rules for fishing are to respect the natural environnement and
the fish life: So, the use of landy nets and other approved equipments:
type of fishing rods, special hook, nylon size,...are obligatory. As
fishing baids, are only authorized: pellets, cooked seed, maggots, mud
worm, compost..;
Fishing time, function of the season, is precised on the spot: the
fishing party is momentarily stopped in case of stormly weather
